This class will study how to think logically and discuss logically that would be a core skill for being leader, innovative and ethical.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

本講座ロジカルシンキングではアクティブラーニングで必須のロジカルに考え、表現する(発言する)事について学習します。今 後フォロンティアスピリットを発揮していく上ではロジカルでわかりやすく表現する事が重要です。ここで身につける能力は今後全ての授業での発言にも繋がって来ますので、ここでしっかりと能力を高めましょう。

This class aims to develop your ability of logical thinking and presentation. These ability is crucial one for your further four years in NUCB and your future. In this class, you should develop these skills and prepare for your future.

事前学修と事後学修の内容、レポート、課題に対するフィードバック方法 Pre- and Post-Course Learning, Report, Feedback methods

毎回発言できるように準備をしてください。一回につき約3時間が標準で予習にかかる時間です。
毎回レポートを提出してください。書くことは回数を重ねることで慣れスキルも自然と向上します。
課題に対するフィードバックは中間では全員にコメントをつけてレポートを返却します。
其のほか個別のフィードバックが欲しい方はリクエストしてくだされば授業後に実施します。

Overtime you should prepare to make comments on the class. Therefore, you should do serious preparation in each class. Estimated time for this preparation is three hours.
Also, you should submit your report in each class. Writing might be some burden but continuous writing process will make you very comfortable and develop the skills naturally.
Feedback of the report will be done in mid-term report for whole submissions. If you need individual feedback in other situations, the feedback will be settled upon your request.

第1日(Day1)

DAY1 (オリエンテーション)
DAY1: Introduction and orientation
オリエンテーションと議論の基礎として発言のチェックをしながらアクティブ ラーニングを始めます。発言のあり方、仕 方など基本的な事を確認しながらケースを使ってディスカッションをします。
Check how to do a discussion and making comments. Also confirm ground rules to start case discussion successfully.

第2日(Day2)

一覧表を作るという作業を核にケースを分析するという事を主体に、そ の分析結果から何を発見したのかといった問題発見力を確認します。
Creating chart will facilitate your analysis process and you can find some issues from this activity.

第3日(Day3)

そろそろケースとディスカッションに慣れてきているはずです。今 迄の分析をよりロジカルに整理していく中で発見出来るケースを細かい質問を経てStep By Stepで解明していくディスカッションを行い、 主人公の気持ちになっていく事をより追求していきます。
You might be getting confortable with case and case discussion. This class extend your analysis with more logical alignment in details.

第4日(Day4)

リーダーという視点から考えながらディスカッションをしていきます。そこでは何が見えるのか?こ の後リーダーなら何をするべきなのか?を意見交換をしながら考えていきます。
Discuss from leader's points of views. What is a fact? If you are leader, what you should do? We will investigate case with these topics.

第5日(Day5)

リーダーになっていく、社会人として成長していくとはどういう事なのか?ケ ースを通じてそのもつべき姿勢やそれに必要な事とは何かを分析してもらい、ディスカッションで理解を深めていきます。
Discuss what kind of attitude, skill, and else will be required when you start working and continue to work in business situation.

第6日(Day6)

アジアのケースです。日 本と中国との間で起こる典型的なカルチャーギャップについてディスカッションをしながら理解を深めます。
Discuss cultural gap between Japan and China and enhance your understandings of cross culture issues.

第7日(Day7)

ステークホルダー、プロデューサーという視点からどのように売り出せば良いのかを発表、議論致します。
NUCBのOBで音楽業界でプロデュースを行ってきた先輩からの好評、アドバイスも交えながら音楽ビジネスの成立のさせ方を検討します。(当初の予定したアクション・ラーニングプログラムをリモート授業では実施できなくなったため、プログラムを変更しています。)

1991年早稲田大学商学部卒業。富士総合研究所入社、ベンチャー経営、マーサー・ジャパン名古屋オフィスヘッド、同 プリンシパルを経て㈱ライトマネジメントジャパンプリンシパル。2005年より名古屋商科大学大学院にて教壇に立ち、2008年同教授。

Takehiko Ito is a Associate Dean/Professor of NUCB Business School and Councilor of Kurimoto Education Institute. He holds M.B.A. in Durham University Business School (U.K.) and B.A. in Waseda University (Japan). He is also a candidate of Ph.D. in Osaka University (Japan). He works approximately twenty years in business fields and had joined NUCB as a full time faculty. In business field, he achieved record breaking promotional track in Mercer, the largest human resource consulting company in the world, and Right Management, the third largest in the world. He played management role, including start-up e-recruiting company, more than twenty years and published four books in Japan. Takehiko Ito specializes leadership, sustainability, leadership development/assessment, presentation, human resource management as well as marketing heads role in the above two firms. He was also visiting professor role in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Lithuania and many guest speaker's opportunity in domestic/global conferences.
