授業の概要 Course Overview

ゼミ活動を通して完成させるケースとノートは、"フロンティアスピリット"を備えた創造的で倫理観あるリーダーが社会に出る際のアクションプランとなる。
The cases and notes completed through the seminar engagements will serve as action plans for creative and ethical leaders with a "frontier spirit" who will go out into the world.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

卒業課題研究としてのケースとノートを、ゼミメンバーが協力しながら、共に創り上げていく。
Seminar members will work together to create the cases and notes as their graduation project research.

到達目標 / Achievement Goal

苦労して書いたケースとノートが、卒業後のアクションプランとなり、これらの作品に書き手自身が愛着を持つ。

The cases and notes written through hard work become action plans for after graduation, and the writers themselves become attached to these works.

2) To know that what they have painstakingly researched and compiled on their own is truly their own personal support.

事前学修と事後学修の内容、レポート、課題に対するフィードバック方法 Pre- and Post-Course Learning, Report, Feedback methods

ゼミ全体を6つのチームに分け、ゼミ開講期間中は原則としてチームで活動してもらいます。当初の計画として、チームは2タームごとに組み替える予定です。
毎回のゼミは毎回3チームのケース作成進捗報告を中心に運営しますので、チームの中で発表のローテーションを組んでください。各チームの発表は2回に1回まわってきます。
よって、学生個人レベルでは、4人チームなら8回に1回、3人チームなら6回に1回、進捗報告発表が回ってきます。

評価の留意事項 Notes on Evaluation Criteria

上の表ではうまく表現できませんでしたので、ここに書き直しますと、ケースライティングの進捗報告発表(40%)、他者の報告発表への有益なコメント(40%)を基礎点として、そこに講師からの加点(20%)をプラスして、成績評価します。このゼミでは、授業開始時刻に着席していることも重要です。

担当教員のプロフィール About the Instructor 

 1988年早稲田大学教育学部卒業。マツダ株式会社を経て、2004年慶應義塾大学大学院経営管理研究科修士課程修了、2011年慶應義塾大学大学院商学研究科博士後期課程単位取得退学、2015年広島大学大学院教育学研究科博士課程後期修了(博士(教育学))。2004年ケースメソッド教育研究所代表、2006年株式会社ケースメソッド教育研究所代表取締役。2006年慶應義塾大学大学院経営管理研究科特別研究助手、同講師、特任准教授を経て、2016年徳島文理大学人間生活学部教授、2018年名古屋商科大学大学院マネジメント研究科教授。
 マツダ株式会社では国内販売会社の経営管理を人材育成の側面から主導し、国内拡販プログラムとしてのMazda Sales Expansion、ならびに社内変革プログラムとしてのStrategic Initiativesに参画。当時の親会社フォードのプライマリー6ブランド(Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Volvo, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Mazda)との本国事業交流イニシアチブであるFord Exchange Programメンバーとして、米国ディアボーンでも活動した。
 現在の専門領域はケースメソッド教育で、その探求のための学問バックグランウンドは教育哲学・教育方法学・専門職教育史・教育経営学・組織行動学・管理会計学と、教育学と経営学の両面からアプローチしている。ケースメソッド教育の組織導入実績および著書・論文・記事多数。

Biography:
With dual expertise in education and business administration, Dr. Takeuchi has extensive achievements in organizational implementation of case method in both academic and business settings. Prior to pursuing an academic career, Dr. Takeuchi was actively engaged in business administration and personnel training as well as in strategic reform and exchange projects in Japan and overseas at Mazda Motor Corporation. He is also the founder and representative director of Case Method Laboratory, Inc., which specializes in capacity development through case method. His academic background ranges from philosophy of education, educational methods, history of professional education, school administration and organizational behavior to managerial accounting. He has authored a number of books, research papers and articles on case method education.
