Graduated from the School of Law, Waseda University, and received a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Management, Nagoya University of Commerce and Business (Haruo Takagi Seminar). Currently enrolled in the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Rikkyo University (Jun Nakahara Laboratory).

担当業界・業種は、官公庁・公企業から民間企業まで幅広く担当。商社(総合商社、専門商社)、銀行・生損保、製造(自動車、鉄鋼、電機、素材等)、コンサルティングファーム・シンクタンク、情報通信、航空、運輸・郵便、小売・卸売、医療(含む動物医療) 等のプロジェクトに従事。また、企業規模についても、数十万を超える大企業から数名のベンチャー・スタートアップまで幅広く経験。

■Work Experience
After graduating, I joined Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. where I was engaged in product planning and development, marketing operations, and risk management support for airline companies. After that, I was engaged in consulting projects related to organizational human resources management at the Organization and Human Resources Strategy Department of Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co and CELM Co.

■Consulting Experience
In the area of organizational development, I have worked on organizational climate reform, management philosophy formulation and penetration, workplace improvement, PMI, etc. In the area of human resource development, I have worked on management selection and development, coaching for middle management (personal and team), succession planning, support for the establishment and operation of the corporate university, support for the design and operation of personnel systems, support for the introduction and operation of HR technology, etc.
Responsible for a wide range of industries and sectors, from public offices and public companies to private companies. I have worked on projects for trading companies (general trading companies and specialized trading companies), banks, life and non-life insurance companies, manufacturers (automobiles, steel, electric appliances, materials, etc.), consulting firms and think tanks, information and telecommunications, airlines, transportation and postal services, retail and wholesale, and medical care (including veterinary care). Also experienced in a wide range of corporate sizes, from large corporations with more than several hundred thousand employees to venture companies and start-ups with only a few employees.
