本講義は、本学のMission Statementのうち「ビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識の創出」と関係しています。
とくに、組織どうしの連帯/調和にもとづく資源の流動・融通に関して一つの可能性を提示します。

This course is related to the Mission Statement of NUCB with respect to "creation of knowledge which contributes to development of the business world and our society." Particularly, it suggests a possible style of relation-oriented accommodation within an organization, which is empowered by solidarity.

氏族社会が一般的だった時代において、その都度の交換によって成り立つ単なる取引とは異なる、関係に依存した資源流動のメカニズム(具体的には贈り物のやりとりを通じた交換)が存在したことを学びます。

To be more specific, we study multiple kinds of systems of interactive gift in the archaic age, which are driven by moral relationship among clans. They qualitatively differ from our modern systems of commercial exchange, though, actually they implemented various kinds of resource allocation in a clan and across clans, and therefore enabled people in the old age to trade their necessities, treasures, religious values, and respects with each other.

この学習を通じて、短期的かつ流動的な取引による経済とは別に、例えば特定地域の住人どうしのような、連帯しやすい人々の集団がその連帯/紐帯を活用した資源の融通を実現できる可能性を、議論し追求できるようになります。

Through this course, we can discuss and maybe pursue possibility of fruitful re-allocation of resource among people with human bonds, for example, habitants in a small region or a well-governed company. Socially tied persons can organize reallocations of their own resource based on their moral responsibility and private relationship.

Historical knowledge with respect to old-aged exchange systems which are not necessarily based on the norm of fair exchange, and possibility of a society founded on reciprocal relationship among citizens.
