本講義では、日常の人間行動に存在する社会心理学に基づいた認識を啓発することにより、学生たちがフロンティアスピリットを達成するようサポートする。
This course aims to encourage students to become aware of individual differences in interpersonal and intergroup relations based on theories and principles of social psychology, which result in advance of frontier spirits.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

本講義では、印象形成、グループ間/対人ステレオタイプ、態度の形成と変化など、対人関係に関連する問題を説明する重要な概念と理論を探求することができる。
Students are expected to explore important concepts and theories that explain the relevant issues in interpersonal relationships such as impression formation, intergroup/interpersonal stereotype, and attitude formation and change.

本講義では、各セッションごとに、特定のトピックについて、学生が自主的に議論を介してのアイデアを表現し共有していくことが推奨されます。講師は受講生の議論の内容を聞き、フィードバックを提示し、その授業の核となるアイデア、理論を説明します。また、学生は場合によって講義の最後にレビューノートを作成するように要求されます。これは、その日の授業の重要な概念や考え方を自ら復習することができる機会を提供するためです。講義の後半部では、習った理論やアイデアなどを使ってグループでロールプレイングをしたり、特定の概念や実験などについてグループで調査してプレゼンテーションをするActive Learningのアプローチが行われます。授業全体にわたって、講義に関する学生たちの自由な議論と意見交換を望みます。

担当教員のプロフィール About the Instructor 


Joonha Park received her Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and is an Associate Professor at Department of Management, NUCB. Her research aims to illuminate culture-specific as well as pan-cultural aspects of psychology with a particular focus on East Asia. Her research topics are broad, including cultural change, entrepreneurship, subjective wellbeing, self-construal, attitudes and values related to environmental issues, acculturation and intergroup dehumanization.
