授業の概要 Course Overview
Misson Statementとの関係性 / Connection to our Mission Statement
本講義では、アクティブ・ラーニングを通じて「総合政策」に関する基礎知識の習得する。総合政策学の学習を通じた問題解決能力の習得は、本学のMission Statementに掲げられた「フロンティア・スピリット」を身につける一助となる。
In this class, students learn the basic knowledge of policy and management through the Active Learning. Skills for the solving problem through the learning Policy and Management help students to acquire the “Frontier Spirit” stated in the NUCB Mission Statement.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
下記のラーニングゴールの確かな実現に向けて、ケース教材を用いた討論授業を行う。本科目の履修者には、討論授業に参加するための予習レポートの作成と、クラスでの積極的な発言が求められる。
We will conduct class discussions using case studies in order to achieve the learning goals. The students attending this course may be required to write a preparatory report and must participate in the class discussions.
到達目標 / Achievement Goal
最終的には、受講生が総合政策の基礎知識及びアクティブラーニングに参加するために基礎能力を修得することを目的とする。
なお、本科目は第1タームの「ミクロ経済学」（田村先生）と同様に、経済学部のコア科目を形成するものである。第1ターム「ミクロ経済学」と第2ターム「総合政策入門」という2科目を通じて、経済学部1年生がNUCBでの参加型学習に慣れてもらうことを目的に授業を構成している。両科目の有機的一体性を意識してもらいたい。

アクティブラーニング型の授業であり、特に、名古屋商科大学が重点的に取り組んでいる「ケース・メソッド」の入門科目という性質も有している。
まず、事前の予習課題にしっかりと取り組んでほしい。

授業調査に対するコメント Comment on Course Evaluation
経済学部での学びに慣れてもらい、「大学での学びのおもしろさ」を受講生に感じてもらうことを目標に授業運営してきた。「田村先生のミクロ経済学との関連性」、「経済学部1年生全員かつ経済学部1年生のみ」、「ライブバーチャル形式」授業と初めての試みが多い授業であったが、多くの受講生が積極的に参加してくれたおかげで、大変充実した授業であったと思われる。
なお、田村先生と僕、どちらがクレイジーかは皆さんの判断にお任せしたい。
