The connection between this course and NUCB mission statement is to provide some knowledge that contribute to business area and society.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

経済学はミクロ経済学とマクロ経済学に大別される。本講義では、言葉での説明は少なくし、できる限り図や数式による説明を行う。内容は個別の経済主体(家計、企業、政府)の行動が市場でどのようにお互いに関連し、市場取引を実現するのかを説明する。講義の目的は、効率的な観点から、ミクロ経済学の基礎概念である取引、需要、供給、市場という機能と役割を理解することである。
Generally speaking, economics is mainly divided into microeconomics and macroeconomics. I will give lectures in this course with graphs and mathematics. Advanced microeconomics is to explain how individual economic entities (household, firm, government) efficiently behave in markets. Key concepts we will study are demand, supply, transaction, and market. The purpose of the course is to understand the key concepts and the roles of individual economic entities from the viewpoint of efficiency.

経済用語の勉強、ケースの予習、経済学の考え方を事前に身につけること。毎回、理解できなかった内容についてはそのときに遠慮なく質問すること。質問はメールとoffice hourを利用すること

授業スケジュール Course Schedule

第1日(Day1)

ガイダンスとミクロ経済学
ミクロ経済学の分析対象である消費者、企業について説明します。需要と供給が出会うところが市場である。市場における市場均衡である価格と生産量について説明する。


第2日(Day2)

消費者の行動
消費者の選好と需要関数の導出を説明する。予算制約の下で最も望ましい消費行動を説明する。価格、所得、他の財の価格が需要に与える効果について説明する。

第3日(Day3)

企業の行動
企業の供給曲線と利潤最大化の問題を説明する。

第4日(Day4)

価格メカニズムや市場均衡、及び効率的な資源配分
価格をもとにして需要側と供給側からの行動による市場均衡を説明する。経済社会が解決しなければならない最大の問題の一つである資源配分の問題について説明する。この問題の解決において完全競争市場が果たす役割を説明する。また、効率性を測る尺度としての消費者余剰、生産者余剰の考え方を紹介する。


第5日(Day5)

不完全競争市場1
独占市場について説明する。

第6日(Day6)

不完全競争市場2
複占市場について説明する。

第7日(Day7)

担当教員のプロフィール About the Instructor 

李東俊(DongJoon Lee)は2019年4月から大阪産業大学経済学部教授、同大学大学院経済学研究科教授。1996年に経済学修士号(Master of Economics)、2009年に経済学博士(Ph. D. in Economics)を京都大学経済学研究科から取得。研究分野は応用ミクロ経済学、産業組織論、流通理論、国際貿易などである。

Dr. DongJoon Lee has been working as a full professor at Osaka Sangyo University and Graduated School of Economics since 2019. He received Master degree in 1996 and Ph. D. in 2009 at Kyoto Graduated School. He is interested in applied microeconomics, industrial organization, distribution theory, and international trade, and so on.

(実務経験 Work experience)

1996年から2005年まで三星生命やLeading Investment証券などでファンドマネージャーとして勤務。2010年4月から2019年3月まで名古屋商科大学、同大学院で勤務。

He worked as a fund manager at Samsung Insurance and Leading Investment Securities from 1996 to 2005. He also worked at Nagoya University of Commerce and Business and Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2019.
