中国は台頭著しい経済大国であり、日本の最大な貿易対象国の一つでもあります。本コースでは中国の社会と文化について学ぶことを通じて、中国をはじめアジアと世界をつなぐビジネスリーダーになるために必要不可欠な基礎的な教養を身につけることを目的とします。
China is a rapidly emerging economic power and one of Japan's largest trading partners. Learning about Chinese Society and Culture is crucial for being a business leader who can connect emerging Asia with the rest of the world.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
中国社会は目まぐるしい変化を遂げている。ほんの数年前のトレンドが今や時代遅れになったり、一年二年単位で町の様子が様変わりしたりする。こうした大きな変貌を遂げつつある中国社会を生きる人々の姿を紹介し、中国社会を観察する際の基本的な視点を確立することが本講義の主な内容であり、目的でもあります。
Chinese society is changing at a dizzying pace. Trends that were popular only a few years ago are now obsolete, and towns and cities have changed over the course of a year or two. The main content and purpose of this lecture is to establish a basic perspective on Chinese society by focusing on the people who live and breathe Chinese society.

1) Participants will learn about minorities in Chinese society, such as LGBTQ+, Christians, ethnic minorities, and the foreign community, and be able to make comparisons with Japan.

①アクティブラーニングを実践するために、事前の予習が必要不可欠となる。講義計画に書いてある授業内容について授業開始前に３時間以上を時間をかけて予習を行うこと。
