本学のミッションは、"フロンティアスピリット"を備えたイノベーティブで倫理観あるリーダーの育成、そしてビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識の創出をすることであり、本学の学生は、新時代のアジアと世界をつなぐ能力をを有することが求められている。本講義では、開発途上国で生じている様々な問題とその対策を理解し、国や地域の開発に関する問題の解決策を提⾔できる能⼒を有する⼈材を養成することを⽬指す。

The mission of the university is to foster innovative and ethical leaders with a "frontier spirit" and to create knowledge that will bring about the development of the business world and society, and the students are expected to have the ability to connect Asia and the world in the new era. This lecture aims to develop young leaders who can understand the various problems occurring in developing countries and their countermeasures, and who have the ability to propose solutions to the problems related to the development of countries and regions.

本講義では、まず国際協力の基本的な考え方や仕組み、開発途上国支援のアプローチの変化について学ぶ。そして、国際協力を実施する主要な手段としてのプロジェクトの立案・実施監理の方法や、課題毎の取組みについて、具体的な実例も含めて学ぶ。更に国際協力の主体としての重要性が増しつつある民間企業や市民団体の役割など、国際協力の最新の動向についても知識を得ることにより、学生が国際協力をより身近に感じ、今後の国際協力がどうあるべきかについて考えられるようになることを目標とする。

In this lecture, students will first learn about the basic concepts and mechanisms of international cooperation and the changing approaches to supporting developing countries. Then, the students will learn how to plan and supervise the implementation of projects as the main means of implementing international cooperation, and how to tackle each issue, including specific cases. In addition, the students will learn about the latest trends in international cooperation, such as the roles of private companies and civil society organizations, which are becoming increasingly important as actors in international cooperation. The goal of this lecture is to make students feel more familiar with international cooperation and to enable them to think about what international cooperation should be in the future.

● 準備学習（予習・復習）
予習では、関連する教科書の部分やGoogle Classroomに掲載された資料を読んでおくこと。
復習では、授業で配布した資料や参考文献を読み、小課題への取り組みや授業内容に対するコメント作成を行うこと。
なお、予習・復習は、授業時間と同じ時間数（授業200分/週の場合、予習200分/週、復習200分/週）を行うことが求められている。
● 課題に対するフィードバック⽅法
小課題の結果について次回の講義でコメントする。また、レポートや小課題の評価結果は、Google Classroomを通じてフィードバックする。
● 中央情報センター（図書館）の活用について
中央情報センターには参考図書が所蔵されている。予習・復習やレポート作成の際に中央情報センターを積極的に活用することを推奨する。
