本講義は本学のミッション「“フロンティアスピリット”を備えたイノベーティブで倫理観あるリーダーの育成、そしてビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識を創出することである。」に沿ったものとなっており、ビジネス分野でのリーダーとしての基礎を築くものである。
Our school's mission is to educate innovative and ethical leaders who possess a ʻFrontier Spiritʼ and to create knowledge that advances business and society. In line with the mission, this course is designed to provide students with basic foundation as leaders in the business field.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

経営学入門の目標は,経営学分野の各科目を受講するにあたり,前もって修得しておくべき基礎知識を身につけることである。経営学入門は前期「 経営学入門1」と後期「 経営学入門2」から構成されている。経営学入門2においては、主要な理論について、発展過程を含めて学び、科学的な視点から経営学について理解を深める。
 
As an introduction course for management, the goal of this course is to equipe the students with basic knowledge about management, by which students can learn and understand other courses regarding management effectively. This introduction course consists of Introduction to Management1 and Introduction to Management 2. Introduction to Management 2 teaches the basic theories as well as how theories are created in the field of management, which leads to the understanding of management from a scientific viewpoint.

1)経営学の理論が過去どのように発展してきたのかを理解する。
2)経営学の理論が作られるプロセスを理解する。
3)実践の場で理論を学び、生み出し、適用する能力を身につける
