授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
A. 講義の意義、背景、内容、重要性
本講義では、行政法の基礎知識を学習します。行政法は、公務員試験で重要な試験科目であるだけでなく、ビジネスマンや一般市民が、国や地方自治体に向き合うために有用な知識です。行政法に関して、本講義では、①行政組織法、②行政作用法、③行政救済法、という三点を中心に講義を行います。
B. 学習の到達目標
本講義は、LG1（批判的思考）及びLG2（多様性の意識）を学修目標とします。
C. 卒業認定・学位授与の方針と当該授業科目の関連
行政法の基礎知識を身につけることによって、国や地方自治体に関わる難題に遭遇した際にも、率先して問題解決を図る手がかりを得ることができます。
本講義では、行政法の基礎知識を学習します。行政法は、公務員試験で重要な試験科目であるだけでなく、ビジネスマンや一般市民が、国や地方自治体に向き合うために有用な知識です。行政法に関して、本講義では、①行政組織法、②行政作用法、③行政救済法、という三点を中心に講義を行います。

A. Objectives, background, contents and importance of the course
This class provides the basic knowledge of Administrative Law. This law is not only important for the civil service examination, but also the useful knowledge for the activities of companies or the civil life. In this class, we study three points; Administrative Organization Law, Administrative Action Law and Administrative Remedy Law.

This class fits with the LG1(Critical Thinking) and LG2(Diversity Awareness).
C. Its relation with graduation certification
Through acquiring the knowledge of Administrative Law, we could find a key to solve difficult situations related to to the national or local government.
