本講義では、キャリア開発の為の組織・産業心理学に関する様々なトピックについて、関連する概念や理論をもとにして探索して行きます。重要な概念は各セッションのタイトルを参考してください。
受講生はグループディスカッションを通して各概念を理解していきます。特定の概念や理論については、自己測定をしながら実際の組織生活における現状と関係づけて理解していくアプローチも利用します。
他の心理学講義よりレベルが高いので、以前に心理学の授業を受けたことがない、初めての人たちは受講をもう一度検討してください。
受講生はグループディスカッションを通して各概念を理解していきます。特定の概念や理論については、自己測定をしながら実際の組織生活における現状と関係づけて理解していくアプローチも利用します。

This course covers various topics related to industrial and organization psychology with a particular focus on career development. Students are expected to explore important concepts and theories that explain the relevant issues in organizations such as leaderships, motivations, mental health issues, and career designing. At completion of this course, students will get deeper insights into characteristics of human mind and behavior as well as knowhow regarding how to deal with subtle, but complicated issues in industrial and organizational psychology.

Students are expected to understand and explain various issues that exist within organizations. They are also expected to understand how to improve productivity of a group, quality of interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction.

本講義では、各セッションごとに、特定のトピックについて、学生が自主的に議論を介してのアイデアを表現し共有していくことが推奨されます。講師は受講生の議論の内容を聞き、フィードバックを提示し、その授業の核となるアイデア、理論を説明します。また、学生は場合によって講義の最後にレビューノートを作成するように要求されます。これは、その日の授業の重要な概念や考え方を自ら復習することができる機会を提供するためです。なお、教科書に提示されている様々なワークを授業中やってもらう活動が行います。完成されたワークシートは講師に提出して、その結果はグループや個人活動の一部として評価されます。授業全体にわたって、講義に関する学生たちの自由な議論と意見交換を望みます。

担当教員のプロフィール About the Instructor
Joonha Park received her Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and is an Associate Professor at Department of Management, NUCB. Her research aims to illuminate culture-specific as well as pan-cultural aspects of psychology with a particular focus on East Asia. Her research topics are broad, including cultural change, entrepreneurship, subjective wellbeing, self-construal, attitudes and values related to environmental issues, acculturation and intergroup dehumanization.
