「開拓魂」を抱いて国際社会に出ようとするとき、日本語は大きな武器になります。相互理解を深めるため、日本語を使って自分自身を表現し、他の人の表現も受け止めることが私たちに期待されています。
With “Frontier Spirit” in mind, the Japanese language is a powerful tool when we go into the international community. We are expected to use it to express ourselves and to accept the expressions of others for mutual understanding.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
大学生にとって最大の自己表現は「書く」ことです。授業のコメントを「書く」、メールを「書く」、レポートを「書く」、卒業論文を「書く」、エントリーシートで自己PRを「書く」等が挙げられます。この講義では「自分の考えを書く」ことに注目し、どんな書き方をすれば伝わるのか、相手にとってわかりやすい文章を書くためにどこに注意を向ければいいのかを学びます。そして、実践練習を通じて、伝わりやすい日本語の文章の書き方を身につけます。
This course is designed for NUCB students to improve writing skills in the Japanese language and to succeed in your daily life.
“Writing” is the greatest part of self-expression for students. Putting comments for classes, sending e-mails, submitting academic papers, preparing resume for jobhunting are just a few examples.
The class will focus on "writing your thoughts". Students will learn how you can make yourselves understood in writings, and where they should pay attention to in order to write sentences that are easy for others to understand. Through participating various online activities, students are expected to become a good writer.

授業調査に対するコメント Comment on Course Evaluation
2020年度はCOVID-19 に対応するため、遠隔で講義を行いました。機器の操作に私が慣れなかったため、進行がスムーズでなかったり、説明が十分でない部分もあったと思います。その中で「こうしたほうがいい」「～～しないほうがいい」と伝えてくれる真摯な学生が多くいたことがありがたかったです。今後も柔軟な対応を心掛けていきたいと考えています。
