ビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識の創出に繋がる証券投資理論の基礎を身に付けてもらいます。

You will acquire the basic securities investment that will lead to "create knowledge that advances business and society".

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

(位置付け)
当講義はTerm1,3科目の「証券市場論」を前提とした証券投資理論に関する講義となります。

(講義の意義、背景、内容、重要性)
インターネットを通じた証券投資の普及は、証券投資を非常に手軽なものにしました。しかし、証券投資を始めるにはそれなりの準備が必要です。本講義では、証券市場とは何かから始め、基礎的な証券投資理論とその使い方を学習していきます。そして、証券投資を通じて自らの将来を切り拓いていく能力を養ってもらいます。本科目では、ラーニングゴールの確かな実現に向けてケース教材を用いた討論授業を行います。本科目の履修者には、討論授業に参加するための予習レポートの作成と、クラスでの積極的な発言が求められます。

本講義の単位認定は、名古屋商科大学のディプロマポリシーに従い、厳密に評価されます。
(Connection to our Mission Statement)
In this lecture, you will learn applications of securities investment theory which we acquired by "Securities Markets" in Term1, 3. The spread of security investment through the Internet made security investment very handy. However, some preparations are necessary to begin security investment. By this lecture, starting from what the securities market is, you will learn the basic securities investment theory and how to use them. And you aim for acquiring ability which open up the future of ourselves through securities investment. In this course, we will conduct class discussions using case studies in order to achieve the learning goals. The students attending this course may be required to write a preparatory report and must participate in the class discussions.

Credits for this seminar will be evaluated strictly in accordance with the Diploma Policy of Nagoya University of Commerce and Business.

日経新聞などで経済ニュースを常々チェックし、ニュースと株価、金利、為替との関係を考えることが本教科の準備学習です。
講義中にはしっかりとメモをとり、復習として配布資料、メモ、教科書をよく読み返してください。
準備学習、復習、ともに週に2時間は費やしてもらいたいです。

ケースの板書やニュースに対する皆さんの意見は、教員がまとめてGoogle Classroomを通じてフィードバックします。

授業スケジュール Course Schedule

第1日(Day1)

第1週 イントロダクション、証券の理論価格
講義全体のイントロダクションとして、証券市場とはなにか、われわれの社会にとってどういう役割を果たすのかについて理解を深めていきます。そして、株式とはいったい何かについて、理念からはじまって取引概要を勉強していきます。
証券市場では、証券価格の水準(高いのか、安いのか)を判断するためのさまざまな方法があります。
第1日目では、妥当な証券価格を求める方法について基となる考え方を学びます。

第2日(Day2)

第2週 証券投資理論(1)
身近な例を用いながら、証券投資理論について概観していきます。
株式投資理論のうち、原価法、取引事例比較法について学びます。

オリジナルケース(原価法、取引事例比較法)

第3日(Day3)

第3週 証券投資理論(2)
収益還元法について、基礎の考え方から学びます。
また、身近な例を基にして学んだ証券投資理論の株式投資理論への応用を考えます。

●使用するケース
オリジナルケース(収益還元法)

第4日(Day4)

第4週 株式投資理論(3)
株式投資理論のうち、収益還元法とその派生型について学びます。

●使用するケース
オリジナルケース(DCF法)

第5日(Day5)

第5週 株式投資理論(4)、株式投資シミュレーション(1)
株式の現在価値が変動する要因について考えます。
シンプレックスインスティテュート社製株式投資シミュレーションソフトを用いて、株式模擬投資を行います。
この週の模擬投資はソフトに慣れる練習とし、投資成績を授業の成績には考慮しません。

●使用するケース
オリジナルケース(ニュースの企業価値への影響1)

第6日(Day6)

第6週 中間テスト、株式投資シミュレーション(2)
中間テストを行います。
また、シンプレックスインスティテュート社製株式投資シミュレーションソフトを用いて、株式模擬投資を行います。

●使用するケース
オリジナルケース(ニュースの企業価値への影響2)

第7日(Day7)

第7週 株式投資シミュレーション(3)、確認レポート
シンプレックスインスティテュート社製株式投資シミュレーションソフトを用いて、株式模擬投資を行います。
最後に授業の確認レポートを作成してもらいます。

今年度のものはまだ出ていませんが、昨年度はこちらの予想以上に、受講生のみなさんが証券投資に興味を持ってくれたので、うれしかったです。今後もより興味をひく内容にしたいと考えています。
