ビジネス法は企業活動を適正なものとすることで日本経済の発展に資するため、この学習を通じて、本学のMission Statementである「社会の発展をもたらす知識の創出」の基礎を獲得することができる。
Since business law contributes to the development of the Japanese economy by ensuring that corporate activities are appropriate, through this study, students can acquire the foundation for the University's Mission Statement: “Creating knowledge that brings about social development.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
ビジネス法は多様な法律の総称であるが、本講義では商取引法、会社法、経済法の基礎を学ぶことで、ビジネス法の主要分野について、現実の企業活動と関連させて学ぶ。
Business law is a generic term for a wide variety of laws. In this course, students will learn the basics of commercial transaction law, corporate law, and economic law, thereby learning about the main areas of business law as they relate to real business activities.

身の回りの企業活動を法的な視点から理解できるようになることが目標である。
The goal is to be able to understand the corporate activities around us from a legal perspective.

・予習は毎週２時間程度必要となる。教科書の関連箇所を読むとともに、事前配布のケースに目を通すこと。
・六法を持参する必要はないが、授業中何らかの形で条文を参照できるようにしておくこと。

・復習は毎日２時間程度必要となる。授業で用いた投影資料を読み、分からない点を教科書で補う。
○中央情報センター（図書館）の活用について
・予習やレポート作成のための資料収集に有用である。

（実務経験 Work experience）
2006年に公正取引委員会事務総局に入局し、入札談合や価格カルテルといった独占禁止法違反事件の調査や独占禁止法の改正などに従事。公正取引委員会競争政策研究センター研究員も兼務。2023年6月から現職。
In 2006, he joined the General Secretariat of the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), where he was involved in investigating cases of violation of the Antimonopoly Act, such as bid rigging and price-fixing cartels, and other violations of the Antimonopoly Act, as well as revisions to the Antimonopoly Act. He also serves as a researcher at the Competition Policy Research Center of the JFTC.
