授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

経営学入門1の目標は,経営学分野の各科目を受講するにあたり,前もって修得しておくべき基礎知識を身につけることである。 具体的な事例をもとに経営学とは何か、また、経営学を学ぶことがいかに重要か、について理解する。また、主要な概念やキーワードについて学ぶ。扱う対象は経営の主要な現象に絞り、コーポレート・ガバナンス、経営理念と戦略、組織形態、組織間関係、イノベーション、マーケティング、国際経営、などを扱う。  本講義内容は本学のミッション「“フロンティアスピリット”を備えたイノベーティブで倫理観あるリーダーの育成、そしてビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識を創出することである。」に沿ったものとなっている。
 本科目では、下記のラーニングゴールの確かな実現に向けて、ケース教材を用いた討論授業を行います。本科目の履修者には、討論授業に参加するための予習レポートの作成と、クラスでの積極的な発言が求められます。
As an introduction course for management, the goal of this course is to equipe the students with basic knowledge about management, by which students can learn and understand other courses regarding management effectively. This course teaches what mangement is as well as how important it is through many examples. Students learn basic concepts, and key words in the field of management. The course deals with key areas such as corporate governance, strategy, organization, strategic alliance, innovation, marketing and global management. This course is designed in line with the school’s mission to eduate innovative and ethical leaders who possess a 'Frontier Spirit.'
In this course, we will conduct class discussions using case studies in order to achieve the learning goals. The students attending this course may be required to write a preparatory report and must participate in the class discussions.

●準備学習(予習復習等):教科書をベースに予習と復習を1時間ずつ行うのが望ましい。
●課題(試験・レポート等):毎週事前課題を出題する。毎週グループによるレポート作成を行う。
●中央情報センター(図書館)の活用について:参考文献を図書館で閲覧で見られるようにする。予習復習時に活用すること。
