授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

本講座では、本学のミッションである、「質の高い教育を提供、フロンティア・スピリットと世界的な視野、そしてビジネス界に貢献できる能力を持った先導者と起業家を育成、優れたマネジメント教育カリキュラムと国際的舞台に立つ機会の提供、グローバル化における課題を満たし、競争力を維持」を意識しながら講座を運用します。
 企業の情報システムは、経営戦略や事業戦略を実現するための重要な要素であると言われている。近年、企業を取り巻く様々な法制度の整備が進み、企業が適切に経営されていることを、業務やITなどの観点から説明することが経営者に求められる時代となっている。従って、企業の経営者は自社の情報システムの重要性を改めて認識する必要が求められる。本講座では、企業経営者が経営・事業戦略を実現するために情報システムを道入したとしても、その効果を検証することにフォーカスして展開します。ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)をテーマとして情報システムの戦略立案から 廃止まに至るまでの包括的なフレームワークについて勉強します。将来的に、企業で活躍する学生そして起業する学生にとって、企業の情報システムの運用業務の適正化と情報化運営全体の適正化に役立つことを期待します。
 本科目では、上記のラーニングゴールの確かな実現に向けて、ケース教材を用いた討論授業を行います。本科目の履修者には、討論授業に参加するための予習レポートの作成と、クラスでの積極的な発言が求められます。
The aim of this course is to provide an easy to read and easy to use introduction to the board library of ITIL and the further distribution of ITIL as a popular industry framework. For students, concise overviews and explanations of the elements of the framework will be the most useful. There is no “one-size-fits-all framework” or “the mother of all methods”. Organization around the world will continue to adopt newer technologies and service offering such as mobile computing and cloud-based services.Therefore it is paramount for the success of there IT organizations that they adopt and adopt and adapt the various elements of ITIL and other frameworks and methods to suit their innovative solutions.The syllabus is designed to develop an awareness of the variety of skills necessary to manage successfully in an Information Systems environment.
In this course, I will introduce some cases related to real world business situation. Students will be able to have the opportunity to discuss with the presentation about the case. For more information, I will announce during the lecture.

In this course, we will conduct class discussions using case studies in order to achieve the learning goals. The students attending this course may be required to write a preparatory report and must participate in the class discussions.

【1】この科目に対する準備学習(自学自習方法)について
   週一回の授業だけでは不十分であるので、予習をして授業に臨むことをお勧めします。本講義ではITサービスに関する概念と共にケースを用いた学習に重点を置く。従って、各講義前に教科書の予習やケースの予習に2時間の時間が必要とされる。
【2】課題(試験・レポート等)に対するフィードバックについて
  中間試験のフィードバックについては、オフィスアワーに研究室で個別に指導する。レポートは講義内で採点・コメントを付して返却する。

・なぜフレームワークが必要になるのか
   :ビジネス環境とフレームワーク、ITILというフレームワーク、ストラテジック・フレームワークキングについて
・ITサービスの提供と運用に対するフレームワーク
   :ITILを支えるプラクティス、トランスフォーメーション達成に向けたフレームワーク

第3日(Day3)

・フレームワークの現状と同行
   :国際的なワーキンググループにおいて、PRM、PAM、OMMについて
・グループワーク
   :On-line ShoppingとOff-line Shoppingの両立? についての分析と提案

第4日(Day4)

・サービスレベル管理
   :ITサービスに関連する様々な文書やサービスレベルに関する概念について学習します。
・キャパシティ(Capacity)管理
   :ITサービスに関するキャパシティの概念と計算の仕方を学習します。

第5日(Day5)

・可用性管理
   :可用性管理に関する概念とその演習

担当教員のプロフィール About the Instructor 

大阪大学大学院にて経済学MA(経営学専攻),大阪大学 大学院にて経済学PhD(経営学専攻)を取得。 経営科学を専門しており、様々な科学的意思決定手法について研究 している。特に、遺伝的アルゴリズムなどのメタ・ヒューリスティックアルゴリズム(Meta Heuristic Algorithm)を用いて、ポートフォリオ選択問題やサプライチェーンネットワークの最適化について研究。最近は、階層分析法(AHP)に興味深い。意思決定者である人間 の心理を取り組んだ科学的意思決定分野に注力。今は、他国の研究者と共同で国際的な 企業を中心にAHPを適用した研究を進めている。現在名古屋商科経営学部 & 同大学大学院マネジメント研究科教授。 主な論文としては、 Hybrid GA for Portfolio Selection Problem, Hybrid GA for Supply Chain Network, Revenue management model for IP-Telephone serviceなど

Master(Business Administration) of Economics at Osaka University graduate school, Economics PhD (Business Administration major) at Osaka University graduate school. He specializes in management science and is studying various scientific decision making methods. In particular, he studied portfolio selection problem and optimization of supply chain network using meta-heuristic algorithm such as genetic algorithm. Recently, I am interested in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Focusing on the scientific decision-making field that tackled the psychology of the human being who is the decision-maker. Today, we are conducting research with AHP applied mainly to international companies in collaboration with researchers from other countries. Currently Professor of Graduate School of Management, Nagoya University of Commerce & Business.
