授業の概要 Course Overview
Misson Statementとの関係性 / Connection to our Mission Statement
[GAP Year Program」に参加することにより、参加者は入学後早い段階で海外に渡り、旅行、調査、企業訪問等を通じて社会経験や異文化体験を得ることになる。そのため、Mission Statementにおける「グローバル・ビジネスで成功できる能力」の修得に貢献すると期待される。
By participating in the "GAP Year Program", students can gain social and cross-cultural experiences through travel, research, company visits, etc. at a early stage after entering an university. Therefore, they are expected to acquire "the ability to succeed in the global business reality" described in the Mission Statement.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
本セミナーは、GAP year program において関心のあるテーマを見つけ、最終レポートの執筆と最終報告会での成果発表を行うことを目指す。
This seminar aims to find a theme of interest, to make a presentation on results earned during the Gap Year program, and to write a final report based on the results.
到達目標 / Achievement Goal
受講生は次のことを身に付けることが期待される。1）日本を超えて世界に興味を持ち多様な状況を総合的に考える力が育ち、２）実際に使われる英語力を向上させることができ、3) プレゼンテーション能力と文書作成能力を身につけることが出来る。
In the process, students are expected to acquire these abilities: to be interested in the world beyond Japan and to foster the ability to think comprehensively about various situations; to be able to improve English ability used in practice; to acquire presentation and writing skills.
