授業の概要 Course Overview

企業の経済活動に関する法律学の特定のテーマを研究することで、Mission Statementである「ビジネス界や社会の発展をもたらす知識の創出」を実践する。
By researching specific topics in jurisprudence related to the economic activities of companies, you will put into practice our Mission Statement: "Creating knowledge that will lead to the development of the business world and society".
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
本セミナーの目的は、学生が企業の経済活動から生じる法的問題を法的に分析する能力を獲得することである。
The objective of this seminar is for students to acquire the ability to legally analyze legal issues arising from the economic activities of a company.
到達目標 / Achievement Goal
セミナー1の到達目標は、学生が法律、法学、法的分析方法、資料収集の方法を習得するとともに、自らの卒業論文のテーマを決定することである。
The achievement goal of Seminar 1 are for students to learn the basics of law and how to gather materials, and to determine the topic of their thesis, to determine the topic of their own graduation thesis.

（実務経験 Work experience）
2006年に公正取引委員会事務総局に入局し、入札談合や価格カルテルといった独占禁止法違反事件の調査や独占禁止法の改正などに従事。公正取引委員会競争政策研究センター研究員も兼務。2023年6月から現職。
In 2006, he joined the General Secretariat of the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), where he was involved in investigating cases of violation of the Antimonopoly Act, such as bid rigging and price-fixing cartels, and other violations of the Antimonopoly Act, as well as revisions to the Antimonopoly Act. He also serves as a researcher at the Competition Policy Research Center of the JFTC.
