Course Overview

Misson Statementとの関係性 / Connection to our Mission Statement

This course may contribute to the development of "education of innovative and ethical leaders" as the seminar requires students to create innovative ideas and think about ethics through the examination of legal issues.

Importance of this course

As this is the last period for campus lives, students use this opportunity to rethink about what they can do in remaining days to improve their ability that was not able to enhance during their previous days. For that purpose, this Seminar starts with self-analysis again. Then, students set their own goals and create schedules in order to achieve those goals. For the latter half of Seminar 6, students look back their lives in the university, and sort out what they learned and felt in their four years. At the same time, they deliberate what they should keep in mind in their future lives after the graduation.

Achievement Goal

Students may develop the ability for proper communication.

Learning Goals

LG1 Critical Thinking
LG2 Diversity Awareness
LG3 Ethical Decision Making
LG4 Effective Communication

Learning Outcomes

It might be a last chance for students to improve the abilities that they failed to enrich during the university lives. Therefore, students are encouraged to analyze themselves and make a plan to improve the skills that they felt insufficient. This stage of Seminar is more focused on the individual situation of students. As this Seminar is a good place to find members who are in the similar situation, it is expected that students work cooperatively.

Pre- and Post-Course Learning, Report, Feedback methods

Course Schedule
