授業の概要 Course Overview

フロンティアスピリットを通して、イノベーティブ且つ倫理観を踏まえたビジネスアイデアを生み出すための知識と思考力を習得する。特にセミナー4では、マーケティングや消費者行動の理論について理解した内容を基に、自分の関心テーマに基づいた卒業論文の作成を行う。
Through Frontier Spirit, students will acquire the knowledge and thinking skills to create innovative and ethical business ideas. In particular, in Seminar 4, students are required to write a thesis, based on their understanding of marketing and consumer behavior theories.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

マーケティングや消費者行動に関する様々な理論を理解し、学んだ理論を身近な事象に置き換えて考えることができるようになる。
セミナー4では、セミナー3で学んだ内容を基に、卒業論文のテーマ選定、研究課題設定、論文執筆を行う。
Students will be able to understand various theories on consumer behavior and be able to apply the theories to everyday events.
In Seminar 4, students will select a theme, set research questions, and write their thesis based on what they have learned in Seminar 3.

卒業論文を書き上げる過程において、
 1)徹底的に考え抜く

ことができるようになる。

In the process of writing a thesis, students will be able to do the following

1)準備学習:毎週数名の方を発表者として指名します。発表担当者が準備にかける時間は3−4時間を想定している。
 ●発表担当は、自分のテーマについてのプレゼンテーションを行う。
 ●聞き手は、発表内容を積極的に傾聴した上で、質問、コメント等を行う。
2)課題に対するフィードバック方法
 ・発表内容には、随時フィードバックを行う。また、提出レポートは採点の上、返却する。
3)中央情報センター(図書館)の活用について
 ・情報収集は極めて重要である。多様な情報にふれることで、思考の幅を広げてもらいたい。

(実務経験 Work experience)

キヤノン株式会社にてグローバルロジスティクスに従事した後、共同通信社にて株価や為替等の金融情報配信に携わる。その後NTTデータ経営研究所、ドリームインキュベータ等にて、経営コンサルティング(商業施設のコンセプト立案、化粧品会社のブランド戦略立案、ゲームメーカーのグローバル戦略等)、ベンチャーインキュベーション事業(投資から株式上場までを支援)に従事する。

After working for Canon Inc. in global logistics, engaged in the reporting of international financial news such as stock market prices and exchange rates at Kyodo News. After that, worked at NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting and Dream Incubator, where engaged in management consulting (concept making for a shopping centers, brand strategy planning for a cosmetics company, global strategy for a game maker, etc.) and venture incubation business (support from investment to IPO).
