本セミナーは、本学の教育的使命である「フロンティア・スピリット」と世界的な視野、そしてビジネス界に貢献できる能力を持った先導者と起業家を育成するうえで不可欠な実践的な思考力、主体的行動力、ならびに発展的コミュニケーション力をアクティブラーニングに基づいて修得することを目標としている。
The goal of this seminar is for students to develop the `Frontier Spirit`, which is the teaching mission of the NUCB, and the global perspective, as well as the practical thinking, independent action, and communication skills that are essential for global leaders and innovative entrepreneurs.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
現在、日本の企業でも世界を対象にしてビジネスを広げている企業が多い。しかし、グローバル化時代の中、アメリカの自国ファースト政策、英国のEU離脱、米中貿易戦争などの現在の国際社会の出来事が、日本企業に及ぼす影響は次第に強くなりつつある。このような状況の中で、マクロ的な視点を持ち国際社会の変化を正確に分析して対応できる人材が求められている。本セミナーは、グローバル化が進んでいる現代において、世界的な視野を持ってビジネス業界で生き残れる能力を持つ人材の育成を目指す。
Currently, many Japanese companies are expanding their business around the world. However, in the era of globalization, the impact of several events which happened abroad - such as the "America First" policy of the U.S., Brexit of the UK, and the U.S.-China trade war – have given gradually strong impact on Japanese companies. Under these circumstances, there is a need for human resources who can accurately analyze and respond to changes in the international community.
This seminar aims to develop human resources who have the ability to survive in the business industry with a global perspective in the current globalized world.

本セミナーでは、各自の興味に従って「世界」に関するテーマを決め、そのテーマが日本の企業（特に、就職願望のある企業）に与える影響を分析する。
In this seminar, students will decide a `research theme` related to the "world" according to each person's interests, and analyze the impact of events concerning the theme on Japanese companies.

受講生には、情報センターで国際的事件・事象に関連する新聞記事などを確認するようにしてほしい。また、中間レポートの作成の際に、情報センターを積極的に利用してもらいたい。

卒論の指導 1）論文を執筆していくうえで必要な基本的な指導を行う。具体的には、タイトルの確認、修正、目次や構成の確認、脚注や参考文献の整理などを指導する。
●使用するケース
「この日の授業でケースを使用する予定」第4日（Day4）
研究発表 1）卒論について個人報告をする。プレゼン時間は２０分ほどのものとして、きちんと一定時間、物事が説明できるように準備する。また、プレゼンの際に、コメンテーターも設置し、他人の報告に対してきちんとコメントを行う能力の習得も目指す。
