授業の概要 Course Overview

「フロンティア・スピリット」と国際的な視野を備え、ビジネス界に貢献できる人材を育成するという本学の理念に基づいており、本セミナーではプレゼンや卒論作成を通じて、ビジネスパーソンに必要な知識や戦略的思考を修得することを目的とする。
This seminar intends to acquire and/or develop knowledge and strategic thinking skills that business people need through doing presentations and writing theses in an attempt to achieve our mission: to create individuals with frontier spirits and diversity awareness that can contribute to the business world.
This seminar intends to help students improve generic skills, such as critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills (LG-1), and communication skills (LG-4) through writing theses, doing presentations, and having discussions.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

主にセミナー活動や卒論の執筆や発表や議論への積極的な参加を通じて、自ら考える能力、問題を発見し解決する能力、コミュニケーション能力の向上を目指す。これらの能力や卒論の執筆だけでなく社会に出てからのレポートやプロジェクトプロポーザルの作成に重要である。
Through doing presentations and writing theses, we attempt to help create individuals with frontier spirits and diversity awareness that can contribute to the business world. These skills are important not only for writing a bachelor's thesis but also for writing reports and project proposals after entering the workforce.

本セミナーでは主にセミナー活動や卒論の執筆や発表や議論への積極的な参加を通じて、クリティカルシンキング(LG-1)、多様性への意識(LG-2)、倫理的意思決定(LG-3)、コミュニケーション(LG-4)といったジェネリックスキルおよびビジネスの視点からの問題解決力(LG-5)の育成を目指す。

Through doing presentations and writing theses, this seminar intends to enable students to acquire and develop the following generic skills and attributes: critical thinking (LG-1), diversity awareness (LG-2), ethical decision making (LG-3), oral and written communication (LG-4) as well as problem-solving abilities from business perspectives (LG-5).

セミナーの一番の目的は、構成のしっかりした内容のある卒業論文を書き上げることにある。卒論の進み具合、成果の発信が評価となる。提出された卒業論文に関しては、セミナー内外を通してフィードバックを行う。

評価の留意事項 Notes on Evaluation Criteria

本授業では、卒論の執筆を最優先する。提出期限に遅れた者はFとなるので留意すること。また挙手による発言を重要視する。ただし、他者の発言を聞いていないような態度が見受けられた場合は大きく減点するので留意すること。
