授業の概要 Course Overview

フロンティアスピリットを通して、イノベーティブ且つ倫理観を踏まえたビジネスアイデアを生み出すための知識と思考力を習得する。特にセミナー1では、あらゆるビジネスにおいて欠かせない「消費者」について理解する。
Through Frontier Spirit, students will acquire the knowledge and thinking skills to create innovative and ethical business ideas. Especially in Seminar 1, we will discuss "consumer behavior", which is the very foundation of business.

授業の目的(意義) / Importance of this course

消費者行動に関する様々な理論を理解し、学んだ理論を身近な事象に置き換えて考えることができるようになる。
セミナー1ではたくさんの理論を学ぶことで、消費者を理解するための引き出しを増やすことを目的とする。
Students will be able to understand various types of theories related to consumer behavior, and be able to apply them to their everyday lives.

到達目標 / Achievement Goal

自分や周囲の行動を、消費者行動論の理論枠組みを使って説明できるようになる。
 例)なぜお店に入ると買うつもりがないものまで買ってしまうのか。
   なぜ就職活動では、皆同じ服をきているのか。
   なぜ女性は一人で吉野家に入りづらいのか。
上記のような問いに、理論を使って説明ができるようになる。

Students will be able to explain their own and others' behavior using the theoretical framework of consumer behavior theory.
 (e.g.) Why do we buy things we don't intend to buy when we enter a store?
   Why do all college students wear the same suit when job hunting?
   Why is it difficult for women to enter Yoshinoya alone?
Students will be able to use theories to explain questions above.

1)準備学習:毎週数名の方を発表者として指名します。発表担当者が準備にかける時間は3−4時間を想定している。
 ●発表担当は、テキストを読んだ上で、以下についてプレゼンテーションを行う。
 ・理論の概要をわかりやすく説明する。
 ・理論を使って、身近な事象に当てはめてみる。
 ●聞き手は、発表内容を積極的に傾聴した上で、質問、コメント等を行う。
2)課題に対するフィードバック方法
 ・発表内容には、随時フィードバックを行う。また、提出レポートは採点の上、返却する。
3)中央情報センター(図書館)の活用について
 ・積極的に情報収集をすることで、興味の幅を広げてもらいたい。

(実務経験 Work experience)

キヤノン株式会社にてグローバルロジスティクスに従事した後、共同通信社にて株価や為替等の金融情報配信に携わる。その後NTTデータ経営研究所、ドリームインキュベータ等にて、経営コンサルティング(商業施設のコンセプト立案、化粧品会社のブランド戦略立案、ゲームメーカーのグローバル戦略等)、ベンチャーインキュベーション事業(投資から株式上場までを支援)に従事する。

After working for Canon Inc. in global logistics, engaged in the reporting of international financial news such as stock market prices and exchange rates at Kyodo News. After that, worked at NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting and Dream Incubator, where engaged in management consulting (concept making for a shopping centers, brand strategy planning for a cosmetics company, global strategy for a game maker, etc.) and venture incubation business (support from investment to IPO).
