NUCBのミッションステイトメントである「フロンティアスピリット精神」に立脚したコンサルティングを実施するための講義です。
それによって、クライアントが組織変革や新規事業に取り組むことができるようにします。フロンティアスピリットを用いた実践的なコンサルティング手法の習得を目指します。

We provide consulting services based on the "frontier spirit" that is the mission statement of NUCB. This will enable clients to engage in organizational transformation and new business. We aim to master practical consulting methods using the frontier spirit.
授業の目的（意義） / Importance of this course
この「Consulting with SME」では、コンサルタントとしての基本的なコンサルティング技法とプロセスのマネジメントを学修します。企業の問題発見・問題解決プロセスにおいて的確な指導・支援・アドバイスができるスキルを修得することを目指します。具体的には以下のスキルを学習します。
1. 経営コンサルタントが思考法の土台となる論理思考・仮説思考
2. コンサルティング技術の土台となる問題発見・問題解決の技術
3. 中小企業診断士としてのコンサルティングプロセスの特徴やマネジメント
4. クライアント企業の自律化を支援するための施策
なお、この講義は企業診断実習やコンサルティングの実施を想定し、経営知識や分析スキルを用いてクライアントに提案、助言、指導ができることを目指します。そのために必要な演習をします。特に、問題の分析、戦略や施策の立案などを論理的に実施し、クライアントに説明をする練習をします。

In this "Consulting with SME" course, students will learn basic consulting techniques and process management. The goal is to acquire the skills to provide support, and advice in the process of identifying and solving corporate problems in order to achieve corporate management objectives. Specifically, students will learn the following skills1. Logical thinking, which is the foundation of the management consultant's way of thinking
2. problem-finding and problem-solving techniques as the foundation of consulting skills
3. characteristics and management of the consulting process as an SME diagnostician
4. measures and techniques to help client companies become autonomous
This lecture is designed for students to be able to use their management knowledge and analytical skills to make proposals, give advice, and provide guidance to clients, assuming that they will be conducting corporate diagnosis practice and consulting.
The course includes exercises necessary for this purpose.

講義中にレポートの書き方についてはいくつかの事例を取り上げて説明します。クライアントへの説明を想定たシミュレーションをしますので、発表ではフィードバックをします。

なお、ケース以外に簡単な演習もいくつか実施する。演習課題についてはアサインメントと一緒に配布する。

第2日（Day2）
コンサルティングの問題抽出・原因分析・課題設定・施策（対策）のスキルを身に着け、ビジネス倫理についてディスカッションを行う１．問題抽出から施策（対策）までの説明と論理性や納得性・・・クライアントに向けた説明の論理性・わかり易さをチェック
